1. About TawreedFlow

TawreedFlow is an independent software project built and operated by Shajjad Khan. It is designed to help users organize procurement, supplier communication, quotations, business records, deliveries and related workflow activities.

TawreedFlow is not represented as a registered company, financial institution, payment processor, buyer, seller, supplier, delivery company, tax authority, certification body or party to transactions between users.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using TawreedFlow, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Users creating accounts through the website must actively confirm their acceptance.

TawreedFlow may keep an auditable record of the policy version and the date and time of acceptance.

3. User responsibility and authority

Anyone using TawreedFlow is responsible for making sure they have the authority required for the business activities they perform through the platform.

Users are responsible for information they enter, upload, send or share, including company details, quotations, pricing, photos, documents, invoices, contact information and delivery records.

4. TawreedFlow is a software platform only

TawreedFlow provides software tools that help users organize business activity. TawreedFlow does not become a party to any purchase, sale, tender, quotation, supply agreement, delivery, invoice, payment or other commercial arrangement between users.

5. Business transactions

Users and businesses are fully responsible for their own:

• prices, quotations and commercial offers;
• product or service quality and suitability;
• taxes, VAT and regulatory obligations;
• invoices, payments and payment collection;
• delivery, receiving and acceptance of goods or services;
• contracts, warranties and business commitments; and
• disputes or claims arising between businesses or users.

TawreedFlow does not guarantee the truth, accuracy, quality or legality of information supplied by another user.

6. Accounts and security

Users are responsible for keeping usernames, passwords, devices and account access secure. Passwords must not be shared with unauthorized persons.

Users and businesses are responsible for assigning the correct access and roles to employees or representatives using their workspace.

TawreedFlow is not responsible for loss or misuse caused by a user knowingly or negligently sharing credentials, providing incorrect access, entering incorrect information or failing to protect their account.

7. User content and business records

Users retain ownership of the business information and files they create or upload. TawreedFlow does not claim ownership of customer business data.

When a user intentionally shares business information with another business or user through TawreedFlow, that information may also become part of the receiving party's legitimate business and transaction records.

TawreedFlow does not interfere with ownership or legitimate retention of records exchanged between businesses as part of their business relationship.

8. Uploaded material

Users are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of everything they upload or share through TawreedFlow, including documents, photographs, logos, company information, quotations and contact information.

TawreedFlow does not independently verify whether a user has permission to submit information concerning another person or business.

9. Sensitive information

Users should not upload information that is unnecessary for the intended business workflow, especially passwords, payment-card credentials, government identity documents, medical information or other highly sensitive personal information.

10. Payments and future paid features

TawreedFlow does not currently process payment-card transactions or store customers' card credentials.

The platform is still developing. Features, access models or pricing may change in the future. If paid features are introduced, relevant pricing and conditions will be communicated before a user is charged.

Future payment functionality may use third-party payment providers so that sensitive payment credentials do not need to be stored directly by TawreedFlow wherever reasonably possible.

11. Development status and availability

TawreedFlow is an actively developed software project. Features may be improved, added, changed or removed as development continues.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, hosting or network problems, software bugs, security work or circumstances outside the project's reasonable control.

Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

12. Security

Reasonable efforts are made to improve and maintain the security of TawreedFlow. However, no internet-based software can guarantee absolute security.

Users remain responsible for securing their own devices, credentials and internal access arrangements.

13. Prohibited use

Users must not use TawreedFlow to:

• commit fraud, deception or unlawful activity;
• attack, damage, disrupt or probe the platform without authorization;
• upload malicious code;
• gain unauthorized access to another account or business;
• misrepresent another person or organization;
• use the platform in a way that violates applicable law; or
• seriously abuse or misuse TawreedFlow or other users.

14. Suspension and termination

TawreedFlow may suspend or remove access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, illegal activity, security threats, misuse, serious violation of these Terms or, where applicable in the future, non-payment for a paid service.

15. Account deletion

Users may request account deletion by contacting support@tawreedflow.com .

Personal account information will be removed where reasonably possible and subject to applicable legal requirements. Business records that were already intentionally shared with another business may remain in that recipient's legitimate records.

Deleted information may also remain temporarily in recovery backups until those backups are rotated or replaced.

16. Intellectual property

TawreedFlow's software, source code, platform design, branding, name, logos and original platform features are owned by Shajjad Khan unless otherwise stated.

Using TawreedFlow does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property to users.

17. Disclaimer

TawreedFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

TawreedFlow does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial or regulatory advice. Users are responsible for obtaining professional advice when necessary.

18. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TawreedFlow and Shajjad Khan are not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising from user mistakes, inaccurate information, supplier or buyer disputes, interrupted availability, unauthorized credential sharing, third-party services or misuse of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Legal requests

If TawreedFlow receives a valid legal, court or governmental requirement, information that is technically available may be provided only to the extent legally required.

20. Changes to legal terms

Minor wording, formatting or clarification changes may be published when needed. If a future change materially affects user rights, privacy, data use, payment obligations, liability or other important terms, existing users may be required to review and accept the updated version before continuing to use relevant TawreedFlow services.

21. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are subject to applicable laws. TawreedFlow does not claim to be incorporated or registered as a company in a particular jurisdiction through these Terms.

Users are encouraged to contact TawreedFlow first and attempt to resolve concerns reasonably before pursuing formal dispute procedures.
